Summer wouldn’t be the same without the Sonoma Summer Spritz, expertly crafted by @thedrinkisinthedetail. Indulge in this bubbly delight and elevate your summer soirées! Mix fresh cucumbers, strawberries, strawberry syrup, Lillet Blanc, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Muddle the ingredients. Add ice, cover and shake until cold. In a separate glass, decorate using cucubmer and strawberry slices. Add ice. Pop open the Piper Sonoma Brut and add to glass. Pour in the cocktail mixture using a strainer. Add soda water and garnish with a sprig of thyme. Add water, sugar and strawberries to a sauce pan. Bring to a boil and stir gently until sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and allow mixture to marinate for minimum 30 minutes. Strain off the fruit before using. Can be stored in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
